Delaware's $5 million for bicycling, recently authorized by the General Assembly, could leverage up to an additional $20 million in federal transportation matching funds for Delaware.Go HERE for details.
Federal programs to improve air quality and reduce traffic fatalities generously match local and state funds at a 4:1 ratio, which could be a gigantic jobs windfall for Delaware. Imagine the possibilities!

    This is great, I work at the airpark in Georgetown DE and Truck Route 9/Park Ave would be a great road-widening project so that employees of the park, could walk or bike to work. Now it is so dangerous (even for cars), with zero shoulders, narrow lanes, curves and of course big trucks.
