$3 million for walking/cycling in Governor Markell’s proposed budget

Senate Bill 15, Governor Markell’s proposed capital budget for the state of Delaware, was introduced yesterday in Dover.  It includes a proposal to authorize $3 million for Statewide Trails and Pathways.
